Please credit me(mimojiX) when necessary.
If you're not the owner, do not use or re-post my work without permission.
Please let me know if you use my artwork(commission or ych) in commercials.
Original artwork adoptables(Update 2026)
✦Personal use
•You have every right to modify the color or add more detail and create the new bio.
•You can use an adoptable for Role-play, commission, community, etc. without notifying me.
✦Commercial use
Reselling
You may resale the original draw, but the price must be less than or equal to the auction price.
If you have additional images(commission, trade art, etc) you can resale more than the original price.
If you redraw, you can sell at any price but please credit me mimojiX.
Gifting
•Trading /Gifting/ DTA(Draw to Adopt ) / OTA(Offer to adopt) is permitted to the owner and If you gift to others, please let me know so I can change the owner's name.
•If you received 'the original draw adoptable' through a trade or gift, please do not resell it for money.
Pay by installments
-Only over $200 is available
-Only for adoptable
-I only accept 'two-term payments'
First-term pay
• After the auction ends, you have to pay 50% of the full price.
• I do hold 7 days maximum waiting for the first-term pay.
• At first term paid, you will receive files with a watermark.
• While pending, you can not use the adoptable for any commercial purposes including Trading /gifting/ DTA/OTA/commission.
Last-term pay
• You have to pay the rest of the price within 14 days and all the rights will belong to you C: (and png. files without watermark also)
• If all conditions are null, I will refund only 50% price of the first-term pay and I'll resale the adoptable again.✦ Payment & Bids ✦
•Payment in PAYPAL or Buy me a coffee. (choose USD($) currency)
•Payment must be paid in 1-4 days after the auction has ended.
•Please do not retract your bids.
(If you're unable to pay on time, please notify me before 4 days left.)I must have the right to keep all of my art in my portfolio or repost them without notifying.
